I have been researching for places to visit in Asia, especially Indonesia to fulfill my annual vacation this December.  There are a lot of websites out there in which you can obtain many information and suggestions about tourist destinations in Asia.  When I browsed through Forbes Traveler.com pages, I found that Indonesia offered a lot of activities compared to other Southeast Asian countries.  Furthermore, Forbes listed some of its nature and activities as one of the best in the world.  Thus, I want to take you there by following the list:

Young Professionals Session at Denver’s ATCE 2008

A Young Professional Session was held during 2008 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE) at Denver, Colorado. I, as the Los Angeles Basin YPSPE Liaison and Chairperson, had the opportunity to attend the program. The session focused on uncertainty and risk analysis in the oil and gas industry. More than 50 young professionals from all around the globe joined the 4-hour session at the Colorado Convention Center.

Petroleum Engineering major is not bad at all…

In sophomore year, my mind was divided between Petroleum and Chemical Engineering majors.  Since Colorado School of Mines has long been recognized as one of top notch schools in Petroleum Engineering field, I was attracted to it.  It was probably one of the wisest decisions I have made in my life.  Supported with solid academic, leadership, and extracurricular activities, I was able to experience two summer internships at two different multinational companies.  Indeed, one of the companies secured me full time job two semesters prior to graduation.
